The Process

- First things first help us help you by planning accordingly. The earlier you start the process the happier everyone is. Depending on the sign type you choose you should plan on 2 to 12 weeks for the process of designing, permitting, fabricating, and installing your new electric sign. 


- Our process starts with a detailed site survey, where we assess the location and gather all necessary information. Your city and landlord will dictate what type, style, and size of sign you can have on your building. Please send us a copy of your landlord's sign criteria, it will tell us what you can and cannot have on the building. We have access to the city sign code online and will access this for you.

- We will then create a detailed drawing showing the placement and dimensions of your business logo. For this, we will need your logo or business artwork to be in a vector format. e.g. (Ai, PDF, EPS)





- Once a design and placement has been approved we will provide a proposal. We require a deposit before proceeding any further. 


- We then move on to the city and landlord approval process. Once we have the green light, the manufacturing process begins.

- Finally, our expert installation team will install your sign, ensuring it is secure and positioned perfectly.
